Starting this project, it is necessary to describe it's main purpose.
Here I would like to publish my own attempts of understanding and cognition of United States Foreign Affairs and Geopolitics.
I came to the conclusion, that my attempts of deepening the "doctrine" idea and it's theoretisation are in need of some specific editing, expert advisoring and of course, some collective work.
All this forms of activity are about to be implemented here in this project.
